July 17, 1936 – May 11, 2016
Dale passed away Wednesday May 11 surrounded by his family. He was predeceased by his wife Patricia, his parents and his brother Greg. Survived by his 3 children Darren (Amber), Cheryl (Deon) and Mike, his loving partner Noreen Gullacher and her children and his siblings Bob and Rhonda. Dale had many nieces and nephews, extended family, step-grand and great-grandchildren and friends who will all miss him dearly.
The family would like to thank Dr. Val Veerapen and all the staff at the Campbell River Hospital for the amazing care they provided during Dale’s hospitalization.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Donations can be made to a charity of one’s choice in memory of Dale.
