Peter Andrew Knox
August 9th 1943 – March 28th 2014
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Peter Knox on the 28th March 2014 at the Port Hardy Hospital. He was 70 years old. Peter is survived by his wife Mabel of 46 years and their children Mary Knox, Jamie (Steve) Zreick, David Knox (Angie Taylor), Petey Knox and Dana Henderson (Dwane Brown). He had eight grandchildren, Elijah and Maya Anderson, Samira and Mikey Zreick, Byron and Alexis Knox, and Markell Henderson Miller (Amanda Dick) and Montell Henderson Brown. He had one great grandchild, Maya Miller, his sisters Dorthy (Robert) Wasden and family, Eva Martin, and Carrie Mortimer.
Peter spent many years in the logging and fishing industry. He will be remember for his story telling and his sense of humour. He will be missed by his family and friends and will live in their hearts forever.
The family would like to thank everyone who helped out with his Celebration of Life Service which was held on 5 April 2014 at the
Port Hardy Civic Center.
