Raymond Harold Philipow
May 15, 1947-June 19, 2013
With great sadness we announce the passing of
Raymond Philipow, 66.
Ray was born the fifth of six children in Melville, Saskatchewan to John & Katie Philipow.
Survived by his loving sons, Raymond Philipow (Abby), Courtney Philipow (Teressa); Rob Bryla (Lyndsay), step-daughter Christy Miller (Paul).
Ray was adored by his grandchildren Stevi, Owen, Tyra, Tayler, Randi, Mason, Jake, Kylie, Tyler, Cameron and Drake. He is lovingly remembered by his brothers and sister. Terry (Diane), Lloyd (Cathy), Evelyn, Lorne (Fran) and Danielle. Many cousins, nieces, nephews, friends and a special little girl Kara.
Predeceased by his parents and brother Sid.
Our family wishes to thank the doctors and nurses at the Campbell River General Hospital and Home and Community Care.
A Celebration of Life will be held on July 6th at 2:00 p.m. at the Campbell River Curling Club.
