B.C. Hydro workers had to rescue a bear cub off a power pole in Port Hardy last Saturday after they found it stuck at the top.
Crews shut electricity to the pole off, then a worker was lifted toward the top using a cherry picker.
A 30-second video shared by BC Hydro shows the worker leaning out of the bucket, reaching toward the small bear.
The animal was prodded a few times to encourage it to climb back down.
