Bridge repairs along the Quatse Loop Trail began Wednesday (June 25), with the trail having to be closed for several days to ensure public safety.
The district noted in a social media post the long bridge is being replaced, and the entire trail section to the right from the parking lot to Coal Harbour Road will be closed while the work is being done.
"We appreciate your patience as we complete this important work to keep the trail safe and enjoyable for everyone!" noted the district. "Please stay tuned for updates on reopening."
