Port Hardy Hospital will offer only "limited availability of health services" from 7:30 p.m. Friday until 7:30 a.m. Saturday due to a physician shortage, according to a Vancouver Island Health Authority notice.
The release went on to advice potential patients to call HealthLink BC at 811. The toll-free line provides 24-hour health information and advice from a registered nurse.
