No gunshots fired at school

Contrary to social media reports, no gunshots were fired at a school in Port Hardy.

Contrary to reports circulating on social media Monday, gunshots were definitely not fired at a school in Port Hardy, said RCMP St. “We are investigating a matter right now,” Brownridge said, however, “we have no evidence that a firearm was used in what we are investigating.”Brownridge said the matter involves a broken window, but would not provide more details about the incident saying divulging that information might hamper their investigation.
