It is with great sadness to announce the passing of our father Albert (Sonny) Leggett.
Predeceased by his loving wife, Irene, in 2002. Survived by daughters Marilyn and Marlene; grandchildren: Charmaine, Davlene, Amanda, Nathan, Jeanette and Kerry; great grandchildren: Clair, Aiden and Amberleigh.
Sonny was born and raised in Trail, BC. There he met Irene and they moved to Nelson, Robson and eventually settled in Blueberry Creek, where they raised their family.
Sonny worked for the sawmill in Castlegar from 1959 until his retirement in 1995.
He enjoyed fishing and working in his yard.
We love him very much and hope he has found peace where he has moved on to.
