Loy: Bessie (Wong)
Passed away at the age of 78, peacefully with her family by her side. Survived by her loving family: Daughter Karen McGregor; Grandchildren Rod (Tara), Jasmine (Cam), Jason (Nicole), as well as great grandchildren, brothers and sisters, nnieces and nephews. At her request cremation has taken place and a tea will be held at the Hospitality Inn 11:00-1:00 Saturday October 25, 2003 in Port Alberni BC. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Foundation.
Bessie spent many years hair dressing in Alert Bay.
