It is with heavy hearts we sadly announce the sudden passing in Mexico of Brent Russell Tarkanen on October 12th 2012, just 3 days shy of his 25th birthday. Beloved son of Steve and Jean Tarkanen, brother to Jory, partner to Lauren, cousin, nephew, grandchild and a friend to many. Brent will forever live through the memories of his family and friends and he will truly be missed by all.
Celebration of Life will take place Sat., Oct. 27, 2012 at 4pm from Highland School, 750 Pritchard Road, Comox. Reception to follow at the Ballroom at the Westerly Hotel, 1590 Cliffe Ave. in Courtenay.
