In loving memory ~ We are sad to announce to passing of a wonderful lady. Fran helped many kids, both through her work in special education at Robert Scott and Eagle View and through her many years in Girl Guides.
Fran is survived by her husband Dave, daughters Donna and Rebecca (Travis), sister Barb (Stan) and granddaughters.
