Ken passed on peacefully in Lions Gate Hospital, North Vancouver on Wednesday, September 14, 2005. He is survived by his beloved wife Maxine and stepson, Brian McConnell and grandson Michael McConnell.
Daughters Signe (Jan) Stam, their children Lotte, Amber, Kasper and Sander - Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Marianna (Rob) terVeen and their children Chris and Lisa, Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Sister Florence Hoffman and brother-in-law Don Hoffman and nieces Susan (Hugh) Bibbs and daughter Katy. Marta (Ian) McKay and children Keith and Kelly. Nephews Donald (Vanessa) Hoffman and children Brynn and Skylar.
Tim (Lori) Hoffman and son Devon.
Cousins Bertil, Gun, Leonard and their families plus Aunt Marta. All in Sweden.
Ken retired from Western Forest Products. He was a member of the Masonic Rainbow Lodge #180 Port Hardy and Order of the Eastern Star Polaris Chapter, Port Hardy.
