Ken passed away peacefully at the Port Hardy Hospital after a long courageous battle with cancer. He is survived by his loving wife Lynne. Children…David (Louise), Kevin (Rhonica), Stephen (Treva). Grandchildren…David, Rachael, Nicole, Stephanie, Andrew, Crystal, Keith. Step-grandchildren…Drake and Emily.
Ken was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather. He was a logger, fisherman, and truck driver. He excelled in all he did. He loved life, his family and friends.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Dr. Marlene Smith, and her staff, the Port Hardy Hospital Staff for their wonderful care and attention to Ken.
Special thanks to Terry & John, Ernie, and all the other wonderful friends who came and have been so supportive to both Ken and myself during these terrible times. His true friends stuck by him to the end, and for that I am extremely thankful. He genuinely loved you all.
Also special thanks to his dear friends that he played bridge with on the computer. His partner Nancy, and the other friends he came to love…Shirley, East, Don & Fran, Charles, Marjean, Darlene, Carol, Connie, Jeane and to any others I have failed to mention.
