LIGGINS, PAUL - It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Paul James Liggins on June 25, 2007 at the age of sixty-three years. Paul will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 43 years Judith, son Paul (Denise) and their children Shelby & Austin, daughters Kathy (John) (Port Hardy) and their children Sara, Ashley & Jessica, Deborah (Jerry) and their children Dustin, Jennifer, Renee & Kyle and Carey (Charles) and their children Gregory, William & Lily. Father Arthur. Brothers Glen (Terri) & Gary (Joy & Jose), Father-in-law John, brother & sister-in-laws, Kenny (Sandra), Joanne (St. Claire), Nancy (Lawrence), Susie (Larry), Chris (Rose) & Mark, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Paul was predeceased by his mother Avaldras and mother-in-law Helen. Paul was born in Halifax and did most of his growing up years in Ontario. He served in the military for a couple of years. While in Ontario he met and married the love of his life, Judith and started their family whom he was devoted to. Paul enjoyed many years of driving truck, his chosen profession for many years before going into auto sales. He loved to be behind the wheel and took the family on many vacations. He was extremely proud of his children & grandchildren and their many accomplishments. He loved his music an playing the guitar and had a passion for life. He volunteered at the First Baptist Church driving the bus and served on the Board of Deacons, he also was a flagman at Kings Park Speedway. He was a great storyteller who will be missed by his many family and friends. Paul lived in Port Hardy and said he wanted to return one day to the most beautiful place on earth.
