Ragner Humle died peacefully in Peace Arch Hospital on February 21st 2007
Ragner was a husband, father, grandfather (Bedstefar) brother, cousin, uncle, very good friend and “Great Dane”.
He is survived by his wife Ann, four children, eleven grandchildren and his two sisters.
He was born in Grenaa, Denmark September 15th, 1942.
He came to Canada with his family in 1957. For 20 years he lived in Powell River, and the next 28 years he lived in Port Hardy.
He worked as an auto mechanic and as a heavy duty mechanic, at first in logging and then at Island Copper mine.
He was a volunteer fireman and a member of the Moose Lodge. His recreation passion was fishing and having a few beers.
A service to remember Ragner will be held at the Faith Lutheran Church on Alberni St in Powell River on March 20th at 1pm
