Calvert-Badior Renee Gail
Born August 7, 1957 in Alert Bay, BC passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness May 25, 2005 at Port McNeill Hospital. Renee is a loving mother, grandmother, sister, daughter and wife. Home is in Sointula, BC and she will be deeply missed and forever lovingly remembered by her husband David, children Corey, Troy, Alexandra, Skyler and Jeremy as well as her grandsons Shaye and Kiaus. Renee is also survived by her parents Bob and Shirley, brother Robert and sister Shelly. Renee was employed by BC Ferries for the past 27 years at Port McNeill, Little River, Buckley Bay and Prince Rupert. She was a wonderful co-worker, shipmate, mother and wife. Renee’s humour, caring, compassion and selfless generosity will forever live on in the memories of all those whose lives she touched. In lieu of flowers donations to the Sointula Teen Centre which her children enjoy so much or the Sointula Cemetery Fund, either c/o Box 248 Sointula, BC V0N 3E0 would be gratefully appreciated.
