Did you call the doctor to get further information about the disciplinary action?
The actual prescription was apparently for Haitian refugees living in the jungles of the Dominican Republic.
There is no doubt that skirting the proper procedures has caused a very embarassing situation; but a more balanced presentation of the information by your paper would be much appreciated.
The disciplinary action by the College of Physicians and Surgeons (BC) is the mildest possible, and a review of the College Quarterly will bear this out.
