The North Island Capitals stomped the Powell River Regals 10-3 last Saturday at the Don Cruickshank Memorial Arena in Port Hardy.
The Regals had a short lineup (eight players) and the Capitals were able to take advantage by tiring them out and finding the back of the net in all three periods.
The Capitals will be back in action Feb. 17-18 at the Chilton Regional Arena in Port McNeill against the South Island Knights!
