PORT HARDY—Vancouver Island Special Olympics will host a Special Olympics BC information session Sunday, Jan. 12, to determine interest in becoming part of a prospective new Mount Waddington local chapter.
The meeting is scheduled for 6-8 p.m. at the Civic Centre. It is open to all interested parties, including parents, athletes, caregivers, potential coaches, executive members, community leaders and others.
