Pastor George Ewald (far left) leads about 50 people in prayer during Friday afternoon's curbside vigil to remember Carol Humchitt. The 49-year-old Port Hardy woman succumbed to injuries she suffered after being struck by a van at at Park Drive and Highland Drive Tuesday night. Police are investigating the collision and said Friday it's unknown if charges will be laid against the 62-year-old Port Hardy driver of the van.
