PORT HARDY—Two males were arrested Thursday and will face charges of trafficking and possession of a controlled substance after Port Hardy RCMP executing a search warrant at a local residence found "several types" of illegal drugs.
Police entered the home under a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act warrant. The two men were arrested and taken into custody. They were later released, but will face charges of trafficking of a controlled substance and possession for the purpose of trafficking.
No court date or site was announced, and RCMP has not released the names of the suspects. The investigation is ongoing.
