Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing with respect to

“Village of Alert Bay Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 813, 2023”

PURPOSE:

The Village is considering rezoning a parcel of land from Residential Zone 1 (R1) to site specific R1 to accommodate less than minimum parcel size. See Map below.

AFFECTED LANDS:

Lot B, Section 53, Plan 14466, Cormorant Island, Rupert Land District, PID 000-416-452

The Public Hearing will be held on Monday, June 12, 2023 in temporary Council Chambers at the Legion Hall at 4:45pm 79 Maple Road, Alert Bay, BC

Please note that the Public Hearing will be tabled at 5pm and will be reconvened at 6pm on June 12, 2023 to allow for further public feedback.

There will be an opportunity for members of the public to comment at this meeting or comment via email at officeclerk@alertbay.ca
