Passed away peacefully in Port McNeill. Borge is predeceased by his wife Gunna, survived by son, Jim (Darla) and daughter Berit (Richard) and grandchildren, Amanda, Travis, Jessica and Jeremy.
Borge is a native of Denmark, immigrated to Canada in 1969 and became a Canadian citizen. He worked in construction and was an equipment operator for the Village/ Town of Port McNeill for over 20 years until his retirement.
We would like to extend our thanks to the medical staff at the Port McNeill Hospital and Dr. Armogam for their wonderful care. We also express our extreme gratitude and love for his "Little Angel" Marlyn, who allowed us all to respect Borges wishes to live out his life in his home where he could enjoy his music room and the view from his window.
Family and friends are welcome to a "Celebration of Life" on Saturday, 18-August-2018 at his residence on 2261 Haddington Cres, Port McNeill, between 2:00 - 5:00 PM.
