Bruce Ross Dow, 59 years old of Port Hardy, B.C. passed away on Nov. 23, 2019 after a long battle with illness. He will be missed by family & friends alike. Bruce wished no service or memorial but if anyone wishes they can donate to The Heart & Stroke Foundation and/or raise a glass to his memory.
