Born August 20, 1963 in Alert Bay, BC passed away suddenly on July 27, 2005 in Campbell River.
Dale is predeceased by his sister Doris (1984), and Lisa Kaufman (1992). He is survived by his daughter Kyla, his son Tyler, his parents Lawrence & Irmeli. As well as his brothers Dan (Marlene), Don (Jody), nieces and nephews Kirsti, Wade, Jesse & Lauren. His many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends will sadly miss him.
Family and friends are invited to attend a service at Sointula Cemetary, August 13th. Coffee and tea to follow at Sointula Community Center.
In lieu of flowers, the family asked that donations be made to the Sointula Cemetary.
