Holmesland, Elaine
Elaine passed away peacefully at the Cormorant Island Hospital in Alert Bay, BC after her difficult battle with ALS. After much suffering she has found peace at last.
Predeceased by her husband John Magnus Holmesland, daughter Lisa Marie Kaufman and brother Charles Edward Gordon, she is survived by her son David Charles Kaufman (Sarah) and loving partner Peter Young.
Elaine is lovingly remembered by Sisters In Law Denise Wolfe and Sonja Huddlestan, Neices and Nephews Brenda (Brent), Kane (Sharon), Danny (Sam) and Jim (Malinda) Gordon, Grandchildren Kyla Shiels, Chloe Hamilton and Calvin Kaufman and countless friends and relations.
A Memorial Party will be held in Sointula on November 18th at 2:30 at the F.O. Hall. Donations to the Sointula Cemetery Fund (Box 51) in lieu of flowers.
