July 17, 1932-January 16, 2008
Mom went home to the Lord January 16 2008 at the age of 75. She is survived by her brother Lloyd and sisters Joyce, Elaine and Marilyn. She will be lovingly remembered by her nine children; Robert (Renee), Doris, Marlene (Chris), Allan, Myrna (Greg), Lillian (Jim), John (Rhea), Carol (David), Christopher (Nadia) as well as 20 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. She had a wonderful sense of humor and her children and grandchildren will forever remember Grandma “Wool’s” stories.
Mom had a generous and hospitable spirit; quick to offer a helping hand, a meal, cup of tea or a listening ear. Her door was always open. She will be greatly missed by her family, friends and community.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday January 26th at the Sointula cemetary.
