Gerald (Jerry) Donald Beek
January 18, 1951 to October 5, 2005
Gerald’s life was suddenly taken in a work related accident on October 5, 2005. He was born in Doaktown, New Brunswick and moved to British Columbia in 1968. He met his wife, Jo-Anne in 1969. They married in 1978, their daughter Michelle was born in 1979.
Gerald is survived by his wife Jo-Anne, his daughter Michelle, Brothers- Henry (Shirley), Wally. Sisters- Helena (Willis), Frances Ann (Winston), Eyvonne, Erma (Wayne). One aunt and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Millet & Hilda, brother - Clint, sister - Dolores.
A memorial service was held on October 11, 2005 at the Port Hardy Civic Center.
