Jamie Joseph Carter, March 19, 1963 to April 28, 2003. Will be sadly missed by his 3 daughters, Ashley, Stephanie and Mandy, brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews. May you rest in peace and God watch over you. You will forever have a place in our hearts.
