It is with love and laughter and through tears that the Bruner Family announce the death of their baby sister and very special Auntie Kathy from Early Onset Alzheimer's on June 26, 2019 at the age of 66 with her husband Frank and their children by her side.
Port Hardy was home to Kathy for several years where she worked at the Airport Coffee Shop, the Cannery, and the Bank of Nova Scotia; where she played soft ball with the Mother Truckers, curled, boated, met and married Frank and started her family. We miss our "chatty Kathy".
We will celebrate her life in Prince Rupert on September 21, 2019 at 2 pm at the Prince Rupert Curling Club.
