It is with the deepest sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved grandmother, Ollie. Ollie passed away peacefully in her sleep at the extended care facility in Alert Bay.
She will be lovingly remembered for her strong dedication to her family, her love of gardening and cooking, and her sense of humor.
She is survived by her granddaughter Robin and grandson-in-law Richard, as well as many other granchildren and great granchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Peter and her two daughters Barbara and Audrey.
The family would like to express our deepest gratitude to all who cared for Ollie over the years.
A celebration of life will be held in the spring, which was Ollie’s favorite time of year. Announcement to follow.
Donations to the Port McNeill Pound will be gratefully accepted as Ollie was a dedicated dog owner.
