William (Bill) Blain passed away peacefully with friends April 30, 2003 at the age of 58 years.
Bill leaves his daughters Jennifer and sister Susan and a multitude of friends. As ambulance chief for Port Hardy, Bill was well known and very respected by all who knew him. Bill was a generous, caring man and a loyal friend.
He will be sadly missed.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 8, 2003 at 2:00 pm Port Hardy Civic Centre.
