I was astounded as I read the article re: "Doctor Disciplined" that there appeared to be no interview with Dr. Clelland.
"She issued prescriptions to an individual when she knew that the prescribed medications were not for that patient's personal use, said a press release from the College of Physicians & Surgeons"
It would have been interesting to hear from Dr. Clelland what extenuating circumstances might have surrounded such a decision.
The College might be governed by the letter of the law but most of us prefer to be governed by the Spirit.
"For the letter kills but the spirit gives life" (II Corinthians 3:6)
I felt like I was reading a tabloid scandal sheet!
