Tyson Cadwallader had a hat trick in the first period and Curtis McCarrick scored his own hat trick in the second period Saturday as the North Island Eagles rep bantam hockey team rolled to a 10-1 win over visiting Victoria and clinched a berth in the provincial championships.
The bantams won the Vancouver Island championship and will travel to the Mar. 20-25 Tier 3 bantam finals in Smithers.

The Eagles have now turned to fund-raising to support the trip, including a bottle drive Saturday beginning at 10 a.m. at Island Foods in Port McNeill and a wood cut Saturday, if weather permits.
