Logger sports to air on TSN

Port McNeill's OrcaFest competition will be broadcast in three segments beginning Oct. 22

North Island logger sports fans who missed this summer's Port McNeill competition during OrcaFest can catch up on the action in the comfort of their living rooms beginning Oct. 22.

Highlights of the event, broken into three segments, will be aired on TSN and on TSN2 between Oct. 22 and Nov. 10.

The shows will be rebroadcast in early spring of 2012, between March 26 and April 11.

The first local airing of the Port McNeill competition will be on TSN at 8:30 p.m. Oct. 22. Additional programs will air on TSN on Oct. 26, Oct. 29, Oct. 31, Nov. 5 and Nov. 10.

On TSN2, the Port McNeill logger sports will be aired on Oct. 24, Oct. 27, Oct. 31 and Nov. 3.
